Bowmont Seniors Constellation is a new alliance comprised of the MLA for Calgary Bow, carya, Bow Centre Housing Society, Bowness Seniors’ Centre, Greenwood Village Enrichment Network, University of Calgary Faculty of Nursing, Elder Service Core, City of Calgary, Montgomery Community Association and Bowmont Seniors Assistance Association.
This group is working together to help seniors be informed and to maintain their health and activity levels as well as their independence. The first event was held in the Spring of 2018 and it addressed fraud and scams. While we are currently on hold due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are hoping to resume in the fall of 2021.
